Mr. Haley is a litigation attorney, specializing in business and commercial matters. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, from which he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy of Natural Resources in 1996 with Honors. Mr. Haley obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, where he participated in both Moot Court and Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
