Mr. Coolidge is a litigation attorney, specializing in business and commercial law. He graduated cum laude and received departmental highest honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1995. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he was an Executive Board member of the Moot Court Board. He is the author of “Limitation on Trustee’s Powers: Unclean Hands of the Debtor,” 28 California Bankruptcy Journal 409. Mr. Coolidge is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
