Ms. Morcomb is a real estate attorney, specializing in leasing, development, financing, and purchase and sales transactions, with additional experience in representing limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Her practice includes the representation of landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of office, retail and retail leases and related issues. Ms. Morcomb graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University in 1992. Ms. Morcomb received her J.D. degree in 1996 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she served as Editor of the UCLA Law Review.
