Mr. Greenwald is a well known real estate transactional attorney who received his Bachelor of Arts Degree summa cum laude from
the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he achieved
membership in Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He graduated in 1975
from the University of San Diego Law School, where he was Articles
Editor of the Law Review.

He frequently writes and lectures on real property law issues for various
professional groups (including the California Judges Association and the
American Bar Association). He is the author of an extensive (1,350 pages)
treatise entitled "Real Property Transactions," published by The
Rutter Group and West Publishing (which is updated annually). He is recipient
of the American Bar Association's Probate & Property "Excellence in Writing
Award" (Year 2000). Mr. Greenwald has been an adjunct faculty member at
the University of Southern California and is a former member of the Board
of Trustees of the Santa Monica Bar Association. Mr. Greenwald is admitted
to practice in California, New York and the District of Columbia and is
an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Los Angeles County,
New York State, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations. He
