letters of credit, guarantees, credit enhancements,
lease financing, loan origination, servicing, portfolio management,
loan sales, and enforcement and restructuring of loans.
Our litigation attorneys have extensive experience in enforcing the rights
and remedies of both secured and unsecured creditors in matters relating
to, among other things, debt obligations, Article 9 security interests,
attachment liens, claim and delivery rights, receiverships, foreclosures,
writs of possession, injunctions and turnovers.
Our bankruptcy attorneys represent large and small secured and unsecured
creditors, including landlords, suppliers and lenders, in many types of
bankruptcies and reorganization matters, and have litigated on both the
trial and appellate levels. We also counsel our clients on issues relating
to lender liability, dischargeability, stay relief and lien avoidance,
among other areas.
