Mr. Foster specializes in real estate law, with additional emphasis on acquisition, development and leasing. Mr. Foster has worked extensively in commercial acquisition, development, leasing, financing and construction, and, in particular, has a wide-range of experience representing owners in real estate acquisitions and major construction projects (both retail and non-retail projects), including drafting and negotiation construction agreements. He is the author of "Dormant Mineral Interests and the Contracts Clause," 23 Urban Law Annual 263. Mr. Foster belongs to the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He graduated from Pomona College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
